Big Money

How to Win Big Money From Small Stake Bets by Paul Coleman

Not everyone wants to bet large amounts of money when betting on the horses. Here are some of the different types of multiple bets that enable you to have many horses running for you with minimum stakes and the chance of a massive payout.

A treble

If three horses win at odds of 4/1 and you have a £1 win treble you will have a total of £125 in winnings.

Patent

This bet consists of three horses in singles, doubles and a treble. 7 bets in all.

Yankee

This bet is for four horses, 6 doubles, 4 trebles and 1 accumulator bet.

Lucky 15

This is the same as a Yankee but you have a win single on each horse as well, taking it to fifteen bets. Some bookmakers will double or treble the odds it you just get one winner!

Heinz

This bet is consists of six horses in 57 bets. fifteen doubles, 20 trebles, 15 four time accumulators, 6 five time accumulators and 1 accumulator all 6.

Goliath

If you want to go for a massive payout then this is the bet for you. The bet consists of eight horses. if all horses won at approximate odds of 4/1 the payout would be well over £79,000.

Placepot

In this bet you have to choose a horse to be placed in the first six races. It is a good idea to have two horses running for you in the same race when the race seems quite competitive.

Combination Forecast

Choose 3 horses in the same race to finish first, second and third in any order. This is a good sound bet that can provide good returns.

Tricast

This is when you try to find the horses that come first second and third in handicap races only. It is very difficult but can provide massive returns if you get it right.
